I began my career working in the Portland, Oregon market selling older homes (which I LOVE) in the Laurelhurst, Alameda, Irvington, Hawthorn, Ladds Addition, and Colonial Heights neighborhoods.
In 1999 I moved across the river to Clark County, Washington. Since moving to the Vancouver area, I have continued to focus my business on residential real estate sales. I have worked with residential rentals and property management, expanding my knowledge of ROI. This type of background has made working with real estate investors a natural for me. Acerage and Land...Wells and Septics
When I moved to Clark County in 1999, I bought acerage. Living on 5 acres for six years helped me to develop firsthand knowledge of what it is like to own, maintain and live on acreage. Living with a septic system and well water, maintaining a barn, outbuildings, animals, and garden areas is far more intricate than living in the city or suburbs in some ways, and far simpler in others.
I believe in offering every client solid market information, not just what they wish to hear. Sometimes the truth about what your house is worth is hard to hear. Some agents may even adjust the numbers only to get you to sign an agreement with them; you can always count on the real information from me. My goal is to offer each client the information they need to make an informed decision.

In My Personal Life
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Women. I love supporting the Giving Closet, a ministry that collects items for women and families in need. Items are offered to those in need in a shopping-like environment. All donated items are selected by recipients who shop for their items with dignity. I work with Habitat for Humanity, and Rebuilding Together - a non-profit housing rehabilitation organization dedicated to partnering with the community to repair and rehabilitate the houses of the low-income elderly, disabled and families with dependent children homeowners. All work is performed free of charge to qualified, selected homeowners.
My husband Dave and I have been happily married since 2004. We have a new canine addition to our family, Maggie, our Miniture Austrailian Shepherd. She is very loved and VERY spoiled! Between us, Dave and I have 5 daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren. I love to garden, read, and play with those grandbabies, cook and travel.
